" I’m Zakia. I was 14 stones in weight and wore clothes size 16-18. It was embarrassing but it was down to all the junk food I ate on a daily basis which included 2-3 takeaways.
Throughout the day I would eat bars of chocolate, packets of crisp, fizzy drinks with no water; sweets, oily foods such as kebabs and samosas. I started to get bigger and bigger by the day and more and more lazy.
I decided it was time for action so I went on a strict diet and eventually joined cheekiesweightloss.
I started by cutting out all junk and oily food full stop! I also joined the gym and started swimming and jogging.
Amazingly, within 6-8 weeks I started to see results and felt much lighter. It was all down to my exercise and healthy meals which consisted of oven and grilled food no fried food. Now I can proudly say - I bounce around like a bouncy ball, as I’m now more active. I’ve come down to clothes size 10-12 and my weight is 10 stone.
