As you know I have a sweet tooth. But as I have adapted a healthier lifestyle I still love sweet treats, but I find healthier substitutes. Yoghurt Banana Chips are one of them, but I enjoy this in moderation .
Since introducing High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) into my workout routine over the last 2 years I have seen a difference in my body shape. I am not out of the woods yet. I may not have a rock-solid body but I am looking much better. My goal is to have a slim strong athletic body, but I am getting there.
