Dried Dates are delicious. I probably have this once a month one pack of Dates serves me for a whole week or sometimes two weeks. Dried dates are naturally sweet so I have to eat this in moderation. Three weeks ago I decided I was going to cut out honey from my diet. I love honey I put this in my coffee (without milk) and in my hot water. I can go through two jars in one week. When I finish work on a late shift, I don’t reach home till 11.10pm and at times I feel peckish.
Occasionally my father cooks turkey, turkey neck or chicken and he would leave a piece for me and I would eat it. It taste’s finger lickin good but I would see this on the scale the next day which puts a damper on my weight loss efforts.
