On most occasions you dont have access to the equipment.

If you want personal training sessions, you will have to pay extra, on top of your membership.Some sessions start at £20

People assume that they just because they go to the gym they can eat like a horse as their body can burn of the excess calories. Wrong move!! what people don't realise is that after any workout your body is still in recovery mode and grabs onto anything to replace the lost energy.
